US secretary of state Marco Rubio held a telephone conversation with Bangladesh interim government chief adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus at 7.30pm on Monday.
The 15-minute discussion was warm, cordial, and constructive, reflecting excellent bilateral engagement between the two nations, Chief Adviser’s Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam said.
The conversation also reflected excellent bilateral engagement between Bangladesh and United States of America, added Shafiqul.
